In association with Discover Ltd, we’re giving you the chance to win this dream trip. There are three prizes available, and each winner will be able to bring a guest with them on this memorable holiday.

Day 1.

Fly from the UK to Marrakech where you will be taken by private chauffeur driven transport to your riad, the Riad Les Yeux Bleus.

Subject to your flight times, after a traditional welcome and a brief settling into your room you will go out for a three hour private guided tour of the highlights of the medina and a caleche (horse drawn carriage) ride through the medina, ending in the UNESCO heritage site of the Djemma El Fna before sunset to watch this renowned spectacle. Returning to Riad Les Yeux Bleus for dinner and a well-earned rest.

Day 2.

After a good night’s sleep, a hearty breakfast will be served on the roof terrace..

At about 10.30 you will be picked up by your mountain guide and driver and taken across the plain towards the foothills of the High Atlas. Depending upon the day of the week, a visit to a local village market may be included (about one hour’s drive – depending upon photo stops).

Lunch will be had at an EFA Morocco boarding house where you will follow in the footsteps of Meghan and Harry’s recent visit to Asni. You will be hosted by one of the House Mothers who will explain how the charity works and relate details of its successes.

After lunch and your visit you will leave Asni and drive towards the award winning Kasbah Du Toubkal, a mere 20 minutes away, and a founding member of the prestigious properties in the National Geographic Unique Lodges of the World. Your mountain guide will show you the way and meet you again the next day. Your luggage will be transported by mule to the Kasbah where again you will be welcomed in tradition Berber fashion.

What is left of your afternoon is free to explore the Kasbah Du Toubkal, take a hammam (steam bath) or walk to the waterfall (15 minutes away), visit the local carpet shop or walk back down to the village.

Dinner will be taken at the Kasbah Du Toubkal.

Day 3.

Breakfast at the Kasbah Du Toubkal is followed by a bread making lesson. At 10.30 am you will rejoin your mountain guide who will take you on a 2 to 3 hour walk into the surrounding valleys, and you will visit a local house (probably a member of your mountain guides extended family ) to learn how to make mint tea in the traditional way. On your walk you will round a corner where a lavish private picnic will have been set out.

After the picnic you will return to the Kasbah Du Toubkal for your return journey to Marrakech and your second riad – Riad Star – and once home to the famous entertainer Josephine Baker. Depending upon the actual time you will be able to visit some sites nearby, before enjoying dinner at the riad.

Day 4.

Your final day begins with breakfast at the riad and then free time (sight seeing, shopping, or just relaxing) till you need to take your private transfer to the airport for your return flight to the UK.
